Packaged Account taken for Overdraft

Hi all
Just wondered if anyone else agreed to take a Barclays packaged account as it was the only route to an overdraft. I did this many many years ago and have only once used the breakdown cover. I tried on a few occasions to ask if I could stop the package but was always told that I would immediately lose the overdraft facility which I didn't want to do. Hence I have had it for years. Would this constitute mis selling. Any ideas welcomed. Thanks.:)

Would what constitute mis selling? The fact that you don't want to lose the OD facility? Your post's a bit confusing.
The account was of some use to you as you used the breakdown cover.0 -
The thing is its not a route to an overdraft. I have a barclays packaged account and they will still not budge and give me more than a £10 overdraft!
But the thing is you have made use of at least one of the items of the account so you have had a need for it.0 -
You paid for an account because you wanted the overdaraft facility.
That's not a misselling reason.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
