Nothing wrong with random! I enjoy all sorts of posts really. Factual ones, ones about people's personal lives and just random anything really.

I've received my early august payment late last night which I'm very happy with I've exchanged it into £ so just awaiting clearance. I noticed this time I got more for my money with the value of the £ in relation to the $ after the polls suggest Scotland is neck and neck for independence

What date in August was your payment for please? I had one yesterday or the day before for the 8th, so bang on time.

The $/£ rate is returning to the rate it was at 6 months ago. It was actually 0.61 about 6 months ago, then it went down to the edge of
0.570 and has now raised up again.
