Top Cash Back - Missing Transactions

Getting a bit annoyed with the lengths of time its taking this company to resolve missing cashback claims.

1st Feb 2013 - Prestige Casino "on hold"
21st Apr 2013 - Last Minute.com "Waiting for Merchant"
21st May 2013 - Legal & General "Waiting for Merchant"

I fully expect the Last Minute.com to be voided to another affiliate site as that happened to a previous claim despite it going through TC1

I've had a few missing claims submitted - some resolved promptly, and others which have dragged on.

Unfortunately TopCashBack are at the mercy of the affiliate network, and they do respond promptly when they get new information in to update your claim.

Have you tried sending a nudge?

Any claim that goes over 6 months I message them about. In all cases so far they have responded promptly with a "goodwill credit" to my account.

I'll give that a go, always seems to be the big money items that I don't get paid for Quidco stiffed me out of £150 on a holiday a while ago so I stopped using them and switched to Top Cashback.

Since TCB have 'launched' their varying levels of payments, where you pay to use them I've found that the replies I have been getting have got worse. I've had loads now that have been rejected for no good reason (from about 1.20 - £11). Getting a bit miffed now.
