I collect the McDonald's coffee/tea stickers to gain free drinks. Whenever I have a meal I have coffee or tea. I save completed vouchers for when I am out with family or friends so we can all have a free drink.
At a recent visit, as I handed over my vouchers, the member of staff asked me 'how have you got so many vouchers?' I replied 'I collect them.'
I don't know if she was just making conversation (which McDonald's staff never do) or she was accusing me of something.
I get most meals from a different McDonald's so guess this branch hardly ever see me buying a hot drink. But I feel I can't go back with vouchers again because they suspect I'm getting the vouchers from disapproved source. I feel uncomfortable.
Or am I being over sensitive and I should just continue what I'm doing?

You're reading too much into it. Sounds to me like they were making small-talk.
Carry on with what you're doing and think no more of it.0 -

Exception proving the rule - some McDonald's staff do enter into small talk/light conversation. You don't have so much experience of this branch as you do of others. This could be a new member of staff.
I don't suppose McDonald's staff keep mental notes of what their non-regular customers look like and what they buy. (Probably don't know the regulars either.)
Don't worry.0 -
I've never worked in McDonald's, only book shops, but I think most staff like seeing people getting something free/a good deal. She was probably just interested/impressed! If she was suspicious I doubt she'd mention it to you, she'd go and speak to a supervisor and they would ask you about it.0

I would answer "Are you not loving it"0

You don't know, they may have had a box of cups nicked off their last delivery, so just checking.
I can't start the day without my cup of Mc D's black coffee. Save the stamps myself, but would never think of using, say 4 loyalty cards at the same time so they all come free. Different folks as they say.0 -

Sorry, I should've mentioned I am a regular customer as I get hot drinks from this McDonald's. I do buy meals from this branch but more often from another branch.
Will not worry.0 -

Good point. Staff member has been there about 6 months so probably is still getting used to things.0 -
It doesn't matter what they meant or didn't. It's how you respond. For example, in a customer service situation, I find it amusing when people are rude. After all that's not their job. People can only make you feel bad with your permission.0
