So which is it? Is your house worth £950,000 or zero?

I do wonder how these people get this social housing if you make yourself intentional homeless the council have no obligation to house you.

At the moment if you have good social housing you are in a good position but will it last forever.

I changed it as I have been accused of boasting and gloating and all other stupid things by jealous people ......... despite the fact that £950,000 isn't a high price where I am - but I would still be nailed to the jealousy flagpole and bullwhipped!!

You cannot optionally sell your house and then get Social Housing - it just doesn't happen does it?

You know that, the world knows that .... maybe the Council involved have been duped and need alerting, if what you are suggesting has happened?

Every council has it's own criteria and you don't have to apply to the same council as you're currently living in. Generally housing is offered on a points system which takes into account things like living in cramped conditions or having a medical condition made worse by your current home so it's possible that the current owned property is no longer suitable and social housing be offered.

Either way, it's never, ever, a choice ..... so such a shame that events turned out that way.

And they sell at a higher price to the next in line who have to earn more to buy ....... we all have to earn what it takes to buy at any single time point in history.

It's no different now than it was 50 years ago ....... in fact, money has never been cheaper! You lucky youngsters ....

Ever hear of a ponzi scheme?

It should concern us all that the entire uk economy is based on us all selling the same piles of bricks to one another at ever increasing prices !

Do you see any link between cheap money and high prices? What happens when the money stops being quite so cheap do you think? Any mention of an increase in the cost of borrowing in the financial press lately?

Ree - I can see you're ignorant so this post is to help others reach conclusions that you yourself are unable to. Don't respond to it you'll only embarrass yourself. Others take note.
