Children's hospital ward
Ronald MacDonald House (siblings are often forgotten when a child in the family is ill, and RMH gives families a chance to have as close a family life as possible when children are patients in hospital, often some distance from home)
Children's Portage Service (ask at local council)
Toy library, either via Surestart Centre or via Children's Disability Services
Local nurseries or schools
Some charity shops will collect.

You could also contact your local council to donate to a local womens' refuge. The children who arrive there with their mothers can often have nothing more than the clothes they stand up in and perhaps one teddy.0
