Leggy seedlings/plants in the greenhouse

Hiya
In view of the rather clement weather we've been having I've moved my chilli plants from the window sill, and my first wave of tomato seedlings from the propagator, to my unheated greenhouse. The problem is that even with it opened wide up it's still hitting 40 in there, and I'm worried that they're getting a big leggy. Should I move them back into windowsills where the temperature variation is a lot lower?
Thanks

Is it the temperature that makes them leggy I thought that it was the light or lack of it?0

Both temperature and lack of light will encourage 'leggyness'.
40c is far too high for plants. You could open the vents/windows first thing or you could move them back indoors. My tomato/aubergine/pepper seedlings are still on the windowsil as my greenhouse temps at night are nowhere near stable enough yet (0.5-2c every night). They'll be going out April-ish, I think.
In my greenhouse at the moment are my new potatoes (in grow sacks) and some spring onions.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0
