If you have an electric blanket, what kind is it and do you replace or service it regularly?
I'm sure I've seen servicing recommendations...
But I've had my electric underblanket (not the kind you can leave on all night) for at least 10 years and I've never had it checked
Maybe time to replace? It's possibly home to a zillion dust mites anyway

I'll be perfectly honest & tell you as a die hard electric blanket user, I've never had mine serviced or tested. Mine can be left on all night & is washable. I usually buy one of the known brands as I just feel more confident with a brand I recognise.

They do do annual testing of electric blankets in my area, though as mentioned I've never made use of the service to date, but perhaps you can see if they do a similar thing close to where you live.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
