Have tried to access the Pay or appeal a parking charge area but site says it says site is currently undergoing maintenance. Please call back later.
It's been like this (for me) for 4 days. Spoke to smart parking who say it's functioning properly!
Anyone else have this issue? My PC is functioning normally for anything else.

With respect the only information you need to appeal is here - in the Newbies thread. As and when you appeal remember that your appeal has nothing to do with what happened, or didn't happen, on the day it is about the legalities of the whole private ticket set-up. Expect your appeal to the company to be rejected and then ace them at the second stage. Just read the Newbies thread before you do anything else.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
