Homebuyer surveyor issues

Hi,
Help, advise needed please.
We have recently sold our 15-20 year old end town house. The buyers are a young couple, first time buyers and had a home buyers survey carried out on our property.
There have been three queries raised from the survey, ranging from the conservatory, boiler service and finally the one I'm not familiar with, they have asked for confirmation of all lights and sockets working? Which they all do with out any issues.
Does any body now what certification I can provide or is this normal?
Any advise would be a great help.
Thanks in anticipation.

That's quite an unusual request. I would be inclined to suggest that the purchaser is welcome to ask an electrician to attend to check that switches and sockets are working, but at their expense.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
