Cp plus parking fine railway station

I was wondering if someone could help i got a private parking ticket from a company called cp plus in a railway station for not displaying a parking permit and i was breaking bylaws i was wondering is this enforceable or can i ignore altogether thanks for any help.

    Ignoring has not been a realistic option for a long time now.

    You need to read other CP Plus threads about railway stations and tell us whether it was in fact a 'Penalty Charge Notice'? If so then there is no POPLA but these can be complained about to the TOC and Passenger Focus, and simply revert to debt recovery plus letters (ignore those and see out 6 months and they cannot pursue it - and they won't, IMHO or they'd get no money).

    So read other CP Plus station PENALTY tickets if that's what you've got. These are different - but there were a few threads last month all about them with links & info. Can't type it all out again, sorry.
