Printer help

My desktop pc running widows 7 has stopped printing from the web. I have a Brother CW375 wireless printer and I can print ok from Office documents however, if I try to print a form from a website it goes into the printer box but either wont go to the printer or shows up as an error. Any techies out there who can advise me in plain english how to correct this issue ? Thanks

What's the error, do you get a message? Is it something like the browser is set to print to the wrong size paper and needs to be set to the same as Office uses? Is it a problem printing from any web site, or a particular one?0
