If you take one out for £500 and only use it for food and fuel instead of your debit card and pay the card off you will be ok, when they up your limit ask them to reduce to down.
After 6 months you will have some green boxes on your history which will help.
After 5 years in an iva you will of learned to manage budgets a bit better, I used and still use an execl spreadsheet for my budgets."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
