where to buy silica gell in Cardiff ?

Daughter is a student in cardiff & I live in northern ireland & am not (yet) familiar with shops in cardiff. daughter dropped mobile phone into sink full of water yesterday. Trying to dry it out before going through insurance process (£50 excess to pay)
Phone is currently in a sealed bag of uncooked rice -as per online advice - but an even better idea is to put it in a bag of silica gel.??
I can order this online but it'll take a few day's to arrive.
Does anyone know of a shop in cardiff where this can be bought over the counter ?
