Hi not sure if any one can help
I have just started a claim for ppi on a Evans store card when I asked when the account was opened was told 2007, but I have had a account with them from pre 2000. I do remember the account being up graded in store at some point so i take it this was in 2007 and they have no record of the store card before that I think the account numbers changed. Any help in how I can find any details would be appreciated, and is it worth chasing up.

You will have to find the account number, then you complain to Santander who will reject your complaint as being prior to 2005, then you complain to Genworth who may refund.

Thank you for your reply, I have found today the account number on a receipt for payment for May 2006 I phoned Santander who said it was a inactive account but could not find any detail on it. I know I payed the balance off in April 2007 but did not close the account.
