Is anyone having problems with the OVO website?

Whe i log in the my profile / payments option shows an error.

    Is there an e-mail I can contact you?

    I sent a complaint to OVO nearly two weeks ago but I do not think it has been looked into.

    I tried asking the call centre for your complaints team phone number but they did not want to give me this.

    The matter has gone beyond normal call centre that is why I sent a complaint. Can you help?
