Fix now, or stay variable until summer?
My dual fuel fixed tariff is due to come to an end at the end of this month.
My dilemma: should I opt for a fixed tariff now, or go with a slightly more expensive rolling variable tariff until the summer months in the hope of securing a cheaper fixed tariff?
Do dual fuel tariffs typically become cheaper in the summer months (this is certainly the case with heating oil - companies jack their delivery prices up massively in the colder months, so it makes sense to plan ahead and buy in winter), or am I best off fixing now?

See how much you have to pay over current tariff to fix now .
If tariffs come down then that would usually be for all suppliers .Certainly no summer season standard drop in the past .0
