Managed to Evict Tenant except Possessions - What to Do

Hello folks,
We have finally evicted our tenants from hell (unpaid rent of £6k) via court order/bailiffs.
They still have possessions and items in the garage, to which we have told them to remove by this evening (we have given them 10 days to remove since eviction date).
Are there any legal confirmation forms/letters for both parties to sign acknowledging the fact they have now (will do by the evening we hope) removed ALL of their posessions from the house and garage.
We just want to cover ourselves legally and by something signed by the tenants.
Any help to this final ending of a rough tenancy.

You want to google 'bailment'.
You have a basic responsibility to look after their goods even if you don't want to, and you have to offer them reasonable chance to collect.
You can also charge reasonable amounts for storage and ultimately sell the goods to recover charges, if you can be bothered. But i'm not an expert on the details
