    the doorbell rang and I looked out the window to find a delivery man with a large box, and I thought 'woohoo! it's arrived already!' ... but it turned out to be a delivery for my neighbour

    OH is wondering if "no news is good news," as they say.

    Think he's overly optimistic, but would be nice to know one way or another. Getting fed up of logging into their site to see if anything's changed.

    If they're despatching today as states on my order page, then surely they'd know by now whether they are or not? :confused:

    What!! They are cancelling orders?? This is an absolute disgrace - these companies should not be allowed to sell products online! Who do I complain to?

    This is exactly why people should only order from large, reputable companies.
