Never heard of them, but as you say they are based in Singapore was this a UK firm or arm of the company you booked it through?

Depending how you book it and where the company is and how they are registered may affect what you are entitles to do.

Do you have copies of your contract with this company? Either a paper copy or emailed booking details? Usually there will be mention of how/when you can cancel and any costs associated with doing so.

If you are due to travel within a week it is unlikely you will be entitled to any money back. Do you have travel insurance? Have you checked if your reasons for cancelling will mean your insurance will cover the cost?
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!

It looks like they are only based in Singapore so you are going to struggle . Also
Any claim relating to WESTHILL CONSULTING, TRAVEL & TOURS, INC. web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Jakarta , Indonesia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
So I would think that any bookings fall under the same condition

  • I think WESTHILL CONSULTING TRAVEL & TOURS cancellation process is that you have to submit it by written form. I don’t know the exact process, but I believe it isn’t that hard, when my mom cancelled our reservation from them, they didn’t give her a hard time and was able to deal with it easily.
