consumer rights

Total newbie needing advice.
Hoover washing machine purchased 18 months ago, lots of problems and engineer visits, Hoover Replaced machine 5 weeks ago with same model, worse problems, flooded kitchen.worryingly noisy and loud banging from machine. Now have no faith in machine therefore what are my rights with regard to refund as this is a replacement machine for original faulty machine. Thanks for any advice.

You definitely need consular rights to guide you, I think you do have a case, its all about how you show it.

Thanks for help, have posted to right thread, however have not managed to work out how to delete/remove this one.
