It's actually a good thing if they mean what you think they mean, as it's extra evidence for the FOS complaint. Very helpful of Erudio.0

I'd largely forgotten about this Erudio nonsense over the last year, and it seems maybe they have too, or they're playing games (more likely).
Erudio failed to send the deferment application pack to the correct address over a year ago, I sent payslips and a template letter off to them to support my deferment (I earn well under the threshold), they insisted I fill in their DAF, I said 'no', and I've heard nothing (aside from annual statements, saying that I'm in arrears) from them for almost a year.
I'm almost at the stage now where I'll just fill in their damned DAF just to end this. These companies (and the government) are corrupt to the core, so trying to fight the seems futile. The FCA don't seem to care, it's not a big enough issue for MPs to get involved in when there are so many other issues that more people care about, so what are we supposed to achieve? Unless of course a massive group of us got together - everyone here on this thread who refuses to fill a DAF in for instance - and took, them to court as one body.
Has anyone 'doctored' their DAF by the way? As in, not crossed bits out but actually blanked out the bits so that the form looks like an original Erudio one?0 -

The FCA and the FOS seem to be corrupt as Erudio, just looking after their needs and the continued flow of money to various taxhavens.
I do think the only way to get Erudio to play ball is for a group action, and possibly a group action against the BIS who miss-sold us our loans."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

After Erudio played silly !!!!!!s for some time my modified DAF was accepted. I did not blank out bits but just filled out what was required by the terms and conditions (i.e. confirmed name and address plus details of income to show I was under the threshold). and left everything else alone with no comment. The certificate and warranty was replaced.
My next deferment has not been accepted but as it was the same as last year's I ain't worried. Erudio will just have be dragged to accept it either via another expensive FOS case (how I won last year) or court if need be.
All you have to do is stick to your side of the bargain. If you meet your obligations required for deferment what can Erudio really do?Paying for uni to get a job... just to get a job to pay for uni0
