They stated their strategy was to convert non-paying accounts into paying accounts, so it's !!!! all to do with "improving the overall customer experience", and all about increasing profit.
That was one of the major aims of the sale anyway, whether admitted or not.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

There was a document posted months ago (think it was a sales pitch to the vultures that might want to pick the bones of our loans, or might have been an Arrow Global report of some sort, same thing really), saying a portion of the loans would be transferring to AG this year.
But if they transfer the loans shouldn't we get notice of assignment letters. Direct debits would get moved to new company and Erudio Student loans would not appear on bank statments.
what we have been given is single mention of Erudio Customer Managment collecting direct debits. But they will not show on our bank statments?
If Erudio Customer Managment are just taking over the admin(DAF processing, customer support etc) of our loans why not include them in the opening paragraph of the letter. Not after the question "Will I notice anything different on my bank statements?"0 -
It will probably be Capquest dealing with the customer service/admin, which is owned by Arrow Global. The payments will clearly be going into a bank account titled Erudio Customer Management Ltd, the change mentioned. Erudio Student Loans still owns our loans, nothing has changed there. They could pay it into a bank account called anything, the loans are still owned by the shell company Erudio Student Loans, which is controlled in the UK by Arrow Global, under authorisation by CarVal at the behest of Cargill inc and other unknown investors. Within those named businesses are a number of other entities, many or which reside in tax havens like the Channel Islands and Luxembourg through which the collected money will be divided up and magicked to the pre-agreed destination.0

The new customer service platform has a number of additional features the old platform couldn’t provide...
Here are some of them:
Loan reporting to CRAs
Credit checks
If they report your loans to CRAs, remember they will automatically get monthly snapshots of your credit file via the monthly CRA feed.0 -

Only if you let them by signing their form surely?
And as the normally toothless and disinterestred ombudsman has already got Erudio to admit that it's not in the original T&Cs?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

I assume that a new set of chancers taking over from Capita is why people have been ignored even more so by Capita this year?
Presumably Arrow will use their years of experiance of milking and threatening the misfortunate to turn the screws on the hapless loan holders?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Here is Capquest's site:
http://www.capquest.co.uk/home
And heres one choice link of many to a post on legal beagles about the tactics Capquest use to obtain data/trace people, which evidences how they also operate illegally like all these types of company:

If you scroll down this link, it seems they also have a very bad recent reputation for pestering people with phone calls:

It looks to me like these also have no experience of deferring payments, so i expect it will be interesting to see if they need to contact us all one by one to clarify things. At least Arrow Global has no one to hide behind this time and they obviously want to be up for the income contingent loans potentially coming up for sale, so lets hope that works as a check against their typical bad practices listed in the links above. But it will also be them we will be doing battle over with the CRA reporting as GinOClock highlights.0 -
There is a reason why they are frequently referred to as CRAPquest.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
