Reported Self Promotion, Had email Asking For More Info But can't Reply To It!

I reported this post as self promotion:

I have had a email from MSE saying they need more information.

I tried to reply to the email but had a email saying it had failed to send.

If reporting Self Promotion is going to be this difficult I won't be reporting them again!

This is the error message I got:

Before you send, change the to: address to the normal [EMAIL="forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com"]forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL]

Seems to be a problem with the automatic replyto address on some responses on the new ticketing system.

Manually changing it to the correct address before you send and the email should work.

What are you replying with? An email program or webmail?

When replying there should be a To: box or similar where you can change it.

I have decided I won't be reply to the email, & I won't be reporting any more Self promotions either. I don't have the time for this.

I have PM's switched off since the awful thing that happened so I have stopped sending merge requests also.

I'm not going to spend my time working for the comp board any more now I'm just going to list comps in the hope that I & others win.

After all that's what I come on here for, not to do the work of BG's.

Nothing personal to any one person Fermi,

It's just the whole MSE System of doing things I don't agree with.

When Andrea said there was not going to be any more BG's added to the comp section, that was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

There are a group of very heard working lovely members who take the time out of their day to help run the board for nothing, no title, no thanks. It is done to keep the board as easy to comp from as possible.

While this group of people continue to do this MSE won't appoint any more BG's for the comp section, why would they it's all working smoothly because of this group of people.

All teh jobs this group of people are doing are what a BG would do if they were on the board at that time.

I have done this for a year thinking that MSE will add some more BG's to the comp board, now I know they wont until the comp board is not workable.
