2014 UK holiday with supervised kids clubs?

Hello , I need to find a holiday pref 5/7 days in the UK with supervised kids clubs for a 4 and 10 year old. We need it for August 2014 which doesn't break the bank , eg under £600 for two children and two adults. I cannot seem to find supervised childs clubs as haven and butlins all require you to stay with the children and it would be nice to have the odd hour break ourselves. But also haven and butlins etc charge over 1000 for a basic caravan in August just because it's the summer holidays. We cannot take the children out in term time so it has to be August and I really can't afford a huge amount but the kids clubs as a definite that we want. Can anyone help please as google is not being my friend
Thank you
Thank you

Your stumbling block is going to be the 4yr old - Ladram Bay Holiday park has supervised holiday clubs but they will only take over 8's due to insurance and ratios and in the UK that will be the same all over. We stayed there last year and the kids found the club fantastic we hired privately0

What about Mcdonalds resorts lodges - we stayed with them once in a friends lodge and they did have kids clubs where you left them for an hour or two to do crafts etc.... I was surprised that you could leave them (even more so as it was free
)although obviously the holidays are more expensive overall - but there were "free" kids clubs every day. We have friends who have a timeshare so did not pay direct so don't really know how expensive it is too book direct

We stayed at Forest Hills, Scotland, - there are a few more in Scotland but there is also one in Wales and one in the New Forest.
Butlins and Centre Parcs also have creches but not sure how much they cost for each session. I think in reality at Butlins / Haven you could leave the 10 year old unaccompanied but not the younger one.
I have found caravans at Butlins Skegness for £600 for 7 nights in August if you look at booking direct with owners rather than through Butlins. Or the last week of August is usually available in the newspaper deals as Friday - monday and monday to friday breaks.
What dates do you kids go back to school? Ours have the first week of september as summer holiday and that week is considerably cheaper bookend direct with all the holiday companies. Or maybe if the kids clubs are essential you will have to look at a short break rather than 7 nights - childcare is expensive for these holiday companies to provide due to ratio of staff to children for younger children. could you have a short break at a place with childcare tagged on to another cheaper holiday without childcare?

Butlins Minehead were charging £6 per 2hr session last summer. There was a free 1-hour taster session. They also did some evening sessions (7:30 to 11) for £11 or £12.
Our little boy (4years old with SEN) went most mornings and loved it, the staff were brilliant with him. They run a full-time Ofsted-assessed nursery for the children of staff, so facilities and training are really good.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
