Personally I think if people want to comp all day then that is their business who are we to judge? nobody knows anybodies personal circumstances and how anyone chooses to lead their lives is up to them . We can not all be perfect and i'm sure there are things we do in our lives that others would not agree with. I'm sure there are members of this so called 'Mother's circle' that are users of this site and may take offence at how they are being portrayed. I would argue that the people who need to get a life are the ones who are quick to judge but that is just my opinion.0

You may be right,
(and sometimes I do have mad days where all i want to do is comp??)
But when you see some of the stuff written on fb it makes you wonder.
Couldnt care less my personal opinion is theres better things to do than comp all day for, a mug, a bar of choc, fridge magnet, teatowel etc etc..
But i suppose whatever makes you happy!
And regardless of whatever situation you are in life - what did folk do before the internet?Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -

i do a fir bit of comping but I cannot "get a life" as 1) I'm broke & 2) getting & being dressed is really painful so goin out is something I do only when necessary - however I manage with 1 twitter account & don't use othr profiles to enter more than onceproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I find Twitter very Hit and Miss, I have tweeted almost 6000 tweets and won 5 times, nothing huge, but a couple of goodies.
I don't know the rules on Picking winners for Twitter but I have won twice about 3 mins after tweeting the comp - I don't know if some people just pick the last tweet?! Seemed odd to me at the time?! But hey I'm not complaining about a win, but if that's a case with a lot of comps perhaps if pays to tweet nearer the end? Has anyone else noticed this?
Anyway I'm quite happy to enter twitter comps, not high odds but it takes a second to enter, so not much lost!

I've not been entering Twitter competitions long but I've already decided to stop, as my time could be better spent entering other draws with better odds of winning like the Mag Dalies (what do you mean my time could also be better spent doing something other than entering competitons?!
). It's somewhat satisfying to start unfollowing 300+ accounts and tweets, leaving only updates I'm really interested in on my Twitter feed!
