After dealing with another set of muppets pretending to be estate agents, I've accepted that I have to sell my flat myself.
If anyone on here has done this successfully and quickly, can you tell me which website/company you used and which package you used. I've been on loads of websites but not sure which one is best.
Thanks in advance.

Sold to the first viewer; I'm not the only one either.
Paid £199+VAT for design, £10 for a 'for sale' board and £199+VAT on completion.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

www.housenetwork.co.uk are an online estate agents and not a private sale site, hence they are allowed to advertise on Rightmove and other "estate agent only" websites.
I personally think the service appears very good and cost effective if you're happy to use their service.0 -
Can't recommend Housenetwork enough. My colleague insturcted them and sold her house for 5k more than asking price a week after it was put on the market. My Dad's just instructed them too and he can't sing their praises enough for their service so far and he has quite exacting standards.
*note to self: must see about some sort of commission from HN*0
