I have bought a house and want to do budget what work I can afford to do to it in advance so I can arrange it for when I move in in June.
I was looking to get the blueprint/floorplan of the house which family who have bought there houses before have gotten from there solicitor when buying the house however mine doesn't.
Anyone know how to get a copy?
Thanks

Do you mean you want a copy of a floor plan? Your post was a little difficult to read.
Floorplans will only be given to you if they have been drawn up by the agent or by the DEA doing the EPC.
Take measurements and draw one yourself if you are able, or ask the agent to do one. If its not already been done it'll cost you around £60+vat£2 Savers Club #156!
Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -
'Blueprints' e.g. the plan the house was built to, are unlikely to still be in existence. If there was a floor plan drawn up as part of the sale then this would have been by the estate agent so contact them. If they didn't do one then they may have the dimensions of the rooms so you draw up your own.0
