cheapest tablet and where?

hi hope this is the right place to post. my archos finally gave up the ghost whilst in warranty so i took it back got a credit note and put money towards a chromebook which is great fast as anything but i didnt realise it doesnt have google play store so now i need a tablet which does can anyone show me the right direction? i dont mind refurbs or second hand and dont really want to spend more than 40 can anyone help?

When you say the Chromebook doesn't have Play Store, do you mean it doesn't have an app for it? What is stopping you from simply going to the Play Store webpage?

Google Play is for Android devices. The Chromebooks use the Chrome OS and use Chromestore AFAIK.
