If you block someone on Twitter, can they still see your page?
Unfortunately, despite it being 18 months since I left my ex, he recently started "following" me on Twitter and, despite being blocked, is still commenting on his own profile about things I have written.

Can he actually see my page?

If he's blocked then he can't see anything, so long as he is logged on as himself. However, if your profile is public then he would be able to see everything as soon as he logged off.0

I can see tweets from someone who has blocked me, when I am signed into twitter.
Their account is public so if I go via google I can see them. I then press the home button and am taken to my own twitter page.
About blocking
I think what you need is a protected account0
