Morrisons bone meat off shelf - Praise and Wow

    Morrisons meat is delivered to stores pre-butchered in vacuum packs. All the instore butchers do is cut the meat up to size before shink wrapping for the shelf.

    Obviously if the butcher is an old timer, he probably has a butcher background from a proper butchers shop. But if it's just a young lad then probably all he knows is the Morrisons way.

    a lot of butchers meat is the same. bought 20kg of chump beef last year. makes a lovely stew. and it came in two huge shrink wrapped bags only took me a hour to cut it up. if you think about it rough jointing at the slaughter house save a lot of heavy loads to be lifted.
