As a single person household, in a quite small flat, I don't have the space to stockpile. Although, I do in my own way. If, for instance, I know I'm down to my last 2 loo-rolls (1 roll will last me almost a month), I'll keep my eye out for my favourite couple of brands being on a decent special offer, and then buy the cheapest of my choice 3 or 4.

I buy one or two extra jars of sauce or boxes of cat food when on offer but generally the offers come back in a couple of weeks so just try buy things at around a similar price. I dont have the room to store a huge stock pile and wouldnt particularly want my cash tied up in loo roll! I was always told its about cashflow. I do think you use more if you have more too

^ Much the same, even in organic/eco brands that I buy the offers cycle around fairly regularly so I don't see the point in filling my flat with more clutter than necessary, I know what the best offer prices are for things I buy. I'm doing everything I can not to buy more than I need for a week ahead. It will be on offer again...

Also there may be changes in what we want to buy - over the years I've gone veggie, almost vegan, organic etc and health or weight issues can force changes too.

We buy things like loo roll and cleaning products when they are on offer I have a lot of storage so it doesn't interfere with daily life.

We buy toilet rolls bogof at makro so we never run out, started maternity leave this week so we went and bought some more (but split it with mil) so now we should have plenty to see us through a lot of the year!
We buy 90 wash packs of detergent also at Makro which last us minimum 3 months ditto with fabric conditioner.
We also buy meat at makro and freeze in portions

I don't know if I see it as bulk buying so much but it works best for us

If we had a larger house I would definitely bulk buy/buy in advance more. I think when we eventually buy our own place I'll make sure we have a 'proper' pantry so I can do it more effectively/efficiently :-)

Like a few others it tends to be toilet rolls and cleaning products. Space is limited so it tends to be moderate and timely bulk buying usually when something is reduced significantly (50%+) for whatever reason.
I seem to have a weakness for kitchen roll. if anyone has weaned themselves off buying kitchen roll let me know how you did it.

I try to bulk buy when offers are on.
When Mr tc Isn't watching I get more stuff-when he is watching he shakes his head and tells me we have enough and don't need any more-this can be loo rolls, dishwasher tablets, wash powder/liquid, sugar, tea bags, coffee, etc etc
So I try and do it when he's not there or not looking- just for a quiet life. :)

    > The biggest of toilet roll (24 Shades from Asda?).

    > Bulk bought 60 tubs of anti-bac handwash. We currently use two per year :/ (ebay).

    > Bulk buy up to 90 tins of cat food (zooplus).

    > Bought 250 shaving blades for less than £20. I use about two blades per week (ebay).

    > Four 200 litre bags of compost for the garden for £12 (Makro).

    > Bin bags: I have a large box of 500. We use one per week, maybe.

    > Shake 'n' Vac: Bought 13 bottles (maybe?) from Amazon as it was 20p-50p cheaper than in Asda.
