PCN from AEJ ignored is it too late?

I've sent Daisy's letter to the Solicitors but not to Roxburge, i am going to send a copy to AEJ when i get time this weekend, but from reading i know what the response will be and i'm not dealing with Roxburge as the OFT has found them unfit, so does this mean they cannot legally recover debt? if so how are they still in business as a debt collector?

Because there is a window for them to appeal at the moment, these things turn very slowly. You are right - there is no need to write to Roxburghe; leave my old West Sussex Midland Bank pen-pusher acquaintance, Steve Dargonne, to contemplate his navel and fill out some job applications pending Roxburghe's demise. He doesn't need letters from you!
