Finland - making a blue flag in the postcard section - Graham Norton wondered how they made it blue and reckons it was chemical toilet chemicals!
Bland boy band. Not doing anything for me. I'm obviously too old and immune to their charms
So, the Spanish entry came 5th in the X Factor a few years ago here, apparently. Oops, dodgy high note there. The rain in the background of the set is about as heavy as we had here earlier today. Or, as the Radio Times blog just wrote, "The rain in Spain stays mainly on the stage"
Not doing anything for me, this one.0 -
Spain was a bit much for me!“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

Eurovision not on here, too many strobe etc warnings this year.
Must be some sort of equality act applicable?

I quite like the whistling

Ah, good, tuneful whistling from Switzerland. Didn't sound as though the guitar was plugged in at the start. Nice looking chaps, who cares whether they can sing
:T
And playing a violin - fickle me!

Lked Switzerland, like Hungary, too.
There's serious talent this year for first time in as long as I remember💙💛 💔0 -

He has met some of the np in real life though, and knows who you all are.
On a blue moon he'll use my log on or make a new one for a serious money saving query but so rare. His hours/pressure of work are the kind of insane that make you insane eventually, so searching for the best deal on something is just too much stress often.
Tonight after our day trip and insane weather gardening, he cooked supper, and went off to do chickens and dog walk, on his blackberry:(. He's working now but we are snuggled up at the same time.
Ah, shame.
I hear some of you have met - it's nice to see you've made some good friendships. I hope, if you've mentioned me as a new arrival (!) that he doesn't think i'm too odd
I guess if he's too pressured, working too much, the last thing he wants to do is come here after work.
Sounds like a busy day!0 -
Hungary - stage movement to emphasise that the song is about running ... and Strictly Come Dancing in the background. Meh.
Malta has 2 people with Yorkshire parents in it. Interesting instrument being played by the lead singer. Go Yorkshire! Pleasant enough song.
Haven't noticed many key changes in the songs this year - thought that was obligatory, or have I just been particularly unobservant?!0
