Anyone heard of Car Line Direct ?

I received a fairly low premium via Confused.com and the above company came up. I'm assuming it's a broker of some sort ?

Also, can't seem to find any reviews of said business. Can anyone confirm whether to take them up on their offer or not ?

We used Carline Direct who sorted us a policy with Ageas. It took a month, too numerous phone calls to mention and about 4 versions of the policy before they got it right and now we are changing to a van they "cannot" transfer the policy and will only give a £22 refund.
I would not touch them with a bargepole! Never again

A good rule of thumb is don't use an insurance company you've never heard of. I always stick to the mainstream providers. Yes, I know the majority of them are the next best thing to scammers, but at least you have half a chance of redress when things go wrong.

NEVER deal with these people - I could write a book with the number of problems and mistakes caused by these people - and I was only with them for just one year! I have never deal with such an incompetent insurer in my life!

This isnt an insurance company, its a broker that sells insurance companies products. Unfortunately people get increasingly confused between the different entities they are dealing with.
