I have a number of versions of Microsoft Visual ++C 2005 and 2008 on my laptop - do I need to keep them all or can some be uninstalled?

Laptop is Samsung series 9 (no hard drive) and I think it needs some stuff removed. Already taken off Photoshop Elements 10 (got 12) and that took ages to remove.

Thanks

    Are you talking about the c++ runtime or the c++ dev environment as in visual studio?

    They just are:

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributale - 03/11/13 and 03/12/13

    same with 2008 - 05/11/12 x 2

    Same with 2010 - 07/11/12

    Nothing there about runtime or dev environment...

    Good advice here if you ignore Advanced SystemCare 5 recommendation.

    Given your reply to Geodark they are probably the runtimes.

    It all depends on what's using them. Do you know what programs are or were using them?
