    Popla decisions are binding on the parking companies, so once you've won there the matter is dropped. And we have a 100% success rate with forum assisted appeals
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Ok thanks well in that case I am going to appeal against the PCN using the PPC first appeal template from Coupon. Thanks for your advice, I really appreciate it. Just need to get my head around a proper message to send when I get to the POPLA stage.

    There are lots of POPLA template appeals on here. See the Newbies thread for links.

    Then copy one of them, making sure you change the right details such as PPC name, and then post it up here.

    Alternatively, just read new posts on here for a day or two and you will see lots of POPLA appeals appearing and the forum comments on each. Then pick one you like.

    No real worry or need to sweat!!
