Can I please ask, how quickly does the carpet dry? I've got these visions of damp carpets for days.

Hi. I cleaned my hall carpet after I had finished decorating on Thursday evening. It was dry within two hours. I did turn the central heating on after I had finished though.

Thank you for this, I ordered one late last night but have yet to get a confirmation of order email, is this usual being a weekend does anyone know please, I used quick method rather than registering.

    Hello.

When I ordered in December, I didn't receive any emails from Bissell at all. The order just arrived a few days later.

    :)

Thanks. I ordered one last night. I thought I hadn't received a conformation email until I checked my junk folder this morning.

OOS now. Was almost tempted. However after watching the video, I'm not sure it's all that good. It looks very similar to the Vax one I have, cheap one I bought, and that's rubbish. The vax brush looks similar to the bissell one and if it's anything like the Vax, it really doesnt do much. Think a rotating brush is better to get the carpet really clean.

Mine arrived today but it doesn't work, so it's going back. They've none left so they can't replace it unfortunately. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Are they sending you some screws or do you have to return it?

Mine's gone back now, otherwise I'd have sent you the screws from mine.
