If you have a Scottish Power supplied prepay meters, they are displayed on the meters, otherwise try a comparison website such as Ukpower.co.0

£100 for the standard tariff. (See page 6 of the pdf linked to on the bottom right of this page.) And for not-current tariffs check this page for previous tariffs.
But enter your postcode in a comparison site to check if they offer any other prepayment tariffs.0 -

Your mention of £100 is this an annual charge. e.g. £200 for both gas and electricity / 365 days?0 -
You may have to have your payment card in the meter to check all the displays - standing charge will be on one of the screens.
Yes, the £100 is per fuel per year - just over 27p per day.0
