No stock

What really annoys me is I ordered an item, paid for it and waited for it.

I then get a different product, seller states my product out of stock. Seller still advertising the product I wanted.

I have returned useless product and am still waiting for refund:mad:

Have you opened a case to get a refund? If not, do so. Did you send tracked?

Proof of postage isn't proof of delivery. Do you have a tracking number? If not then the seller can say they haven't got it.

Then you may struggle to get a refund unless the sellers states they've received the item and refunds. How long ago was it that you sent the item? If it hasn't been long then the seller may not have received it back yet.

If the seller states it has not been received then after 15 working days you can claim from Royal Mail.
