Well that is the usual standard PCS letter which is not POFA2012 compliant so can only be aimed at a driver. It will be interesting to see how PCS respond to the template appeal - and I suspect you will need to gear up to complain to the BPA about this in the end. Can't see it being a simple matter of getting a POPLA code, even though it should be, so I wouldn't spend time yet on the POPLA appeal drafting.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies for the jargon - a broken link is the phrase used for exactly what you did for the photobucket info - to get round the problem that Newbies can't post the full (unbroken) link yet0 -

Not surprised to receive today letter from DR+ dated 7th April demanding charge of £150 while nothing received from Parking Collections Service regarding my appeal to their NtK sent 12th March - cert. of posting held.
I will send to DR+ the dispute/cease and desist letter referring them back to PCS with no further contact with me. (BTW the DR+ letter refers to the creditor as "ANPR Parking Services").
I will also send letter to PCS referring to my appeal dated 11th March to their NtK (enclosing a copy) and demand a POPLA code or cancellation of invoice. Should I also send anything to ANPR Parking Services? - no address on NtK!!
I did not email the original appeal to PCS - would it be any good emailing them, as well as posting, the letter demanding POPLA code and copy of appeal?
Emails to BPA and DVLA in due course.
I hope I am doing what is required, but anything else I need to do please advise. Many thanks for all the excellent help/advice on this forum.0 -
you restate the dispute and appeal with anpr as they were the ones issuing the original charge , not PCS , and not DR+ either
the others are debt collection or back office services acting on behalf of anpr
a cease and desist letter to both collection services
complaints with copies of correspondence etc to bpa and dvla0 -
I think a complaint email to the BPA should be the priority.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
