how do I save a word form and a pdf form to a facebook page please

Not sure exactly what you're trying to achieve here.
Do you mean you want to post the contents of a word document and a pdf document into a Facebook page post?
Short of copying and pasting the contents into it, you might have trouble. You can't really attach a document file like you would a picture, for example.
One way around this would be to upload the file to the likes of Googledocs, and enable sharing and share the URL on the Facebook page in question.0
