advice needed DRO not bankruptcy
I had a DRO in april 2011 and have just got a credit report from equifax and it is saying that I have a bankruptcy order instead of a DRO, it is also saying that I still have three accounts that are unselltled. I have spoken to equilfax and was told to make an online enquiry via their website.
Please can you give me some advice to sort this out, as I was under the impression that this was all selltled by now.

Amazingly, some of the CRAs haven't implemented a separate marker for a DRO yet, so it gets recorded as a bankruptcy. Check with the CRA this is on to see whether that is the case with them.
Regards the unsettled accounts, the advice is the same as in this thread:
