We are living in Canada been here for 7 years, we haven't got any bank or loan details anymore from UK so could we still claim PPI?

    You'd have to send SAR letters to your former creditors to get the information you want.
    You can certainly complain from abroad, but difficulties arise if the Banks etc want you to pass security-often by calling into a branch to show current ID.
