Garden Sheds from Worldstores WARNING

If you purchase a Garden Shed from Worldstores on the site Shedsworld then be warned about their offer entitled 'includes free treatment' I purchased a shed and had it delivered and didn't get my free treatment. They called me back to tell me I should have added it at checkout. I'm in 'IT' and not a dummy with computers and technology so I went through the process again on-line to see if I'd missed something....nothing...nowhere did it say anything about FREE treatment in the ordering options or even when you get to checkout.

However when I went back to the homepage and read a link about free treatments it says it there instead. You cannot have it delivered retrospectively either. They will not budge on it. I think its a gimmick to get you to buy, they won't remind you that you've forgotten to add it on when you checkout so don't get caught.:mad:

I am appealing against this as I think that its a case of gross unfairness during the checkout process that you have to know that there is an add on specifically for the treatment. NO FAIR WORLDSTORES!!! Boo!! Not the first time I've been disgruntled by their customer service - you will be on hold to their complaint line for hours too....I wonder why?

It quite clearly states it on there webpage.

How could they send it automatically when they dont know what colour you want? Seems fair to me.
If they had sent Cedar Red and you wanted Evergreen for example.
