OK great.
So is it OK to send the appeal off to POPLA then as it is? I'll email and post it (and get proof of posting).
Apologies again if this is going over old ground but I don't want to submit a sub standard appeal that wont succeed!
Thanks again in advance for your experienced help.0 -
it looked ok to me and no negative comments since you altered it, just send it is my advice, as for the pictures , take heed of the previous post0

Hi again
Just a quick question....
Which reason do I tick in the POPLA appeal box?
The parking charge exceeded the appropriate amount, or, I am not liable, or both?0 -
All, except 'the vehicle was stolen'...unless it was, of course:-)CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Any, or all except the 'Stolen Car' one. This is standard forum advice and regardless of how many (or few) have been ticked, this has never been an issue where POPLA might have said something to the effect 'Sorry, wrong box ticked, doesn't apply to your case, appeal refused'.
So don't worry unduly about it - tick what you want, and send it off. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Right, well my POPLA appeal has been sent via their website. I'll send the hard copy (with proof of posting) tomorrow.
Once again thanks to all, for your help and advice. I will let you know how I get on. I only hope they don't drag it out too long to reach a decision.
Now for my letter to McD's CEO!!0 -
