I'm going to the Apple shop on Tuesday (when my retirement money gets paid in) and buying an iPad Air. :j:j:D
But is it worth shelling out an extra £100.00 for 3G capability?
Only if you are going to be travelling a lot, but nowadays I find there are plenty of free wifi hotspots you can use for checking emails or general internet browsing. So I don't find it a problem not having 3G.
I think you made the right move getting the iPad, as it will be worth more than the surface when you come to sell it on, plus it will be easier to sell. High demand for 2nd hand Apple products.0 -
I've got an iPad, but I didn't get mobile broadband for it, as I decided I would only use it in WiFi range.0
