ukcps complaint to dvla and bpa

hiya im about to draw up 2 letters to dvla and bpa regarding ukcps as i received a parking ticket in september i appealed this twice asking for a popla code if it wasnt cancelled ,, i hadnt heard anything of them since my last correspondence to them in november ,, however yesterday i received a letter saying they had sent out a popla code and it hadnt been used so i have now missed the apeal deadline to popla ,, anyway i rang ukcps yesterday and was told they will see me in court ,, im going to fight this but the advice i need is really what i should put in the letters to dvla and bpa i have looked throught the forums and sticky threads and newbies thread and im i have found the address to write to just not sure what to put i dont want the letter to be written for me but im not sure how to word it to get the dvla and bpa to do something for me to et ukcps to a leave us alone and cancell the ticket or b send proof of postage or proof of the date this popla code was sent ,, i find it funny how i have received every other correspondence from them all except this popla code that they have apparently sent out ,,,,

i know exactly what i have to do to fight this just not sure on how to word it i will also include every letter i have sent and received in my complaint ,,, i have also asked ukcps to send me a copy of the popla code letter out but i know that they can just send out a code and chane the date on the letter to november

sorry to keep writting posts just i have a mental illness and i get very nervy and unsure on how to approach things ,,, this insnt an excuse in any way as i did the appeal letters to ukcps in september by reseraching previous posts and correspndence but as there isnt anything showing dvla or bpa complaints (or not any i can find may have missed them ) if there is could u point me in the right direction as im a little unsure on what to put
