Hiya,
I'm hoping someone can help. I've recently changed jobs and finding myself with lots of time on my hands so am thinking of taking up a new craft/hobby. I can already knit, crochet and cross stitch so am looking for something a bit different that I could begin cheaply with any ideas? I also like projects that I can see coming together quickly or I tend to get quite bored. Sxx

Hi. You could look at my blog, I use recycled materials for my crafting, either free, or bought from car boot sales and charity shops. You need to go to the side bar and click on 'crafty stuff' to bring up all my projects, there are lots of other topics on there as well. Might give you some ideas.

I was in my doctors this week and they had some really good wall hangings, i don't know if they were bought or someone there made them.
They were a simple wooden frame and then they'd got all sorts of coloured string and ribbons and made patterns, circles; wavy lines; some where they'd tied into bows or scrolls. They looked good.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
