UKCPM tickets

Hi all,
I now have 2 £100 parking charges from UKCPM and I'm not quite sure how I should approach appealing.
The first charge I sent them an appeal stating they did not comply with section 9(4) of the POFA where the charge needed to be delivered to the registered address 14 days after the offence. This so happened to be around 10 days before it was sent to me (when calculating the working days). Regardless, the appeal was unsuccessful and they gave me 14 days from the new letters delivery date to pay £60 or it will increase to £100.
This letter was sent to me over a month ago and now this week I now have a NtK.
As of this, and other reasons, I have continued to park on the private land and ended up with another parking charge which has also been increased to £100.
I'm at a stage now where I don't know what to do? I've read the recommended threads that have been suggested, but in the letter I sent them I didn't ask for a POPLA code. Am I right in assuming it's to late for one?
Thanks in advance

if they rejected your appeal you should have received a popla code
this thread tells you everything you need to know
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
so as RK you should use the appeal template , adapted where necessary and send it
any refusal should result in a popla code0 -
Thank you for the quick reply,
I've double checked the 2 page reply they sent me there is definitely no POPLA code on it, only a parking charge notice reference number and another reference. Oh and they spelled the registered drivers name wrong!
So should I include both parking charges in the one letter or send two separate ones?
Thank you0 -
each parking charge should be dealt with separately
the popla code is a 10 digit verification code and the BPA say it should be included with any appeal refusals automatically0 -

So on the reply it didn't even mention POPLA or explain how to appeal to POPLA online, or attach a form like this?

So complain to the BPA by email as explained in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
